Context

  • The Martin Agency is a widely known and recognized creative advertising agency, long known for helping brands "impact culture" in both the US and internationally. The Martin Agency needed a seasoned Agency Producer to oversee post production for their client, DoorDash, and enlisted Take Care for their agency producer services.

Challenge

  • The Martin Agency needed a Senior Agency Producer quickly that could jump onto a fast-moving, complex post job for an upcoming DoorDash campaign in partnership with the Tribeca Film Festival. The agency producer needed to have deep production and post production experience as well as client-facing experience and be able to easily and quickly integrate into The Martin Agency.

Solution

  • Take Care's Agency Producer Resourcing arm was enlisted to the fullest extent of its capabilities. We sourced and vetted experienced Senior Producers, negotiated the agency producer rate, handled producer freelance contracts and payroll with the agency and set up our agency producer with all project details so that our agency producer was able to fully jump into the DoorDash project on Day 1, without having to worry about administrative and onboarding logistics.
