Context

  • Vokal is a digital experience & UI/UX-focused agency that is just beginning to offer broadcast-level production to its clients. When Clear Spring Health asked them to help produce their first national broadcast campaign, Vokal enlisted Take Care.

Challenge

  • With no internal production division and a very tight timeline, finding the most elegant and efficient production approach was imperative. Vokal also needed to get a production division up and running in a matter of weeks.

Solution

  • Take Care's internal production support was enlisted to the fullest extent of its capabilities. We came on board during creative development, helping to put ballpark production numbers against WIP scripts. This allowed Vokal to walk into client meetings fully informed of production budgets and ramifications. 

  • Once the creative direction was picked, Take Care employed an agency producer to work full-time on the project, overseeing it from pre-production through final delivery. Additionally, we hired the director before the scripts were finalized, allowing him to work hand in hand with Vokal creatives to create shooting scripts that were incredibly production-friendly. 

  • Take Care served as production company and post house, with final output from this campaign including a set of national broadcast spots and a trove of social media-focused cutdowns.
